A. While all prices online reflect pickup only, we do offer delivery or shipping options. Please contact a sales associate for assistance.


Q. Where can I pick up my order?

A. In most cases your items will be available to pick up from our main facility in Madera, CA: Zip 93637. However if you are looking to custom order, it may be possilbe to have the item availble for pick up at the nearest production facility.


Q. Will I need to register with the DMV?

A. We are a DMV licensed Dealer in the state of California. We will prepare all appropriate DMV forms for registering your vehicle. In all other states you will be given an Invoice and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin "MSO". These should be taken to the appropriate licensing agency in your area to be registered.


Q. What if I need parts for a trailer or cart I already own?

A. We carry a limited stock of parts and accesories, but have access to a full catalog of parts and accessories for you trailer or cart. Please contact a sales associte with your model number, Serial/VIN, and the parts needed for assistance.


Q. What if I need warranty repairs?

A. Unless otherwise noted, your vehicle will come with the full stated manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the appropriate support personnel using the warranty information supplied with your vehicle..
